Some risk managers view cyber security as a concern for their IT departments. About the speakers:

	David J. Molitano Vice President and Division Manager—Content, Technology, and Services Division OneBeacon Professional Insurance
Vice President, is the Division Manager for OneBeacon Professional Insurance's Content, Technology, and Services Division. The Division is responsible for underwriting Network Security and Privacy, Technology, Miscellaneous, and Media Professional Liability. Prior to joining OBPI, David was the Vice President of Technology at XL Capital. Prior to XL Capital, David was a Product Manager at Beazley, USA. David's extensive underwriting background includes being an Underwriting Manager for Professional Liability at Lexington Insurance Company, and Zone Manager for Wholesale Professional Liability at Chubb. David received a Bachelor's of Art degree from Central Connecticut State University, and his Masters of Business Administration from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

	Ethan Harrington Manager, Insurance and Risk Management H&R Block
Ethan Harrington has been part of H&R Block's Insurance & Risk Management department since 2004. During his early years at H&R Block, Ethan was responsible for the professional liability program, including policy placement, negotiation, and claim handling. During 2008, Ethan assisted with the development and placement of the cyber risk program for H&R Block and subsidiaries. Since 2009, Ethan has been responsible for H&R Block's corporate risk management and insurance department.

Nithan Sannappa Attorney Federal Trade Commission, Division of Privacy and Identity Protection
Nithan Sannappa, an attorney in the Federal Trade Commission's Division of Privacy and Identity Protection. The Division of Privacy and Identity Protection, the newest of the Bureau's divisions, oversees issues related to consumer privacy, credit reporting, identity theft, and information security. The Division enforces the statutes and rules within its jurisdiction, engages in outreach and policy development, and educates consumers and businesses about emerging privacy, credit reporting, and information security issues, as well as identity theft prevention and assistance.

	Paul Bomberger Managing Editor Business Insurance
Mr. Bomberger joined Business Insurance in Chicago as managing editor in June 2012, after 25 years as a business reporter and editor in Pennsylvania and Florida. Most recently worked as editor-in-chief of Risk & Insurance magazine in Philadelphia, Pa. Previously, was deputy business editor of the Sun Sentinel newspaper in Fort Lauderdale, Fla., and assistant business editor of The Palm Beach Post newspaper in West Palm Beach, Fla. Before that was a business reporter and later promoted to business editor at The Intelligencer Journal newspaper in Lancaster, Pa. Graduated in 1987 from Temple University, Philadelphia, Pa., with a bachelor's degree in journalism.
